Proposals for new homes, a primary school and community centres

Public Consultation

IM Land and Walton Homes are preparing a planning application for up to 850 homes at Queslett Road in Streetly.

The proposed neighbourhood will provide affordable homes at range of sizes and tenures, a primary school, a community hub with potential for healthcare services, and access to publicly open green spaces for new and existing residents. The plans also include significant road improvements to make local streets safer for the whole community.

Before finalising and submitting the planning application to Walsall Council, the project team is inviting the community to comment on the plans and share your feedback.

On this website you can find more detail about the masterplan, how the project team has considered local infrastructure, the planning context of this site, and read our handy FAQs .

As they finalise the proposals, the project team is seeking your views before they submit a planning application. (click to enlarge)
